Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across the hotel property.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Report major maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist with installation and setup of hotel equipment when required.
- Support other maintenance team members with operational tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or technical operations, preferably in hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
