Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 4-day work week with one weekday and weekends off, final schedule to be discussed during interview process. Some holidays are required.
Compensation
Starting at $25-34/hr, commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will work closely with our board-certified oncologists to support patients throughout their treatment from diagnosis through chemotherapy and follow-up. You will be a steady, compassionate presence for both patients and families. In this role, you will:
- Administer medications and chemotherapy under the supervision of an oncologist
- Aid with diagnostics, including lab work, imaging, and CT scans
- Support oncology appointments and help manage patient flow and scheduling
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and drug logs
- Provide empathetic client communication and education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology
- Deliver emotional support and patient-centered care during every step of treatment
Who We Are Looking For
- Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician, or experienced veterinary assistant
- Experience in specialty medicine and/or oncology preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus
- A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care
