Veterinary Technician Liaison, Neurology | Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital
Responsibilities
- Educating pet owners using Ethos-approved and accredited resources
- Providing timely updates on hospitalized patients
- Documenting all client communication accurately in medical records
- Supporting the team with treatment plan coordination, prescriptions, and client education
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician (Neurology experience is a plus!)
- AS/BS in Veterinary Technology, Biology, or Animal Science is helpful
Qualifications
- A passion for client communication and education
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required

Pay
- $21 - $28/hour
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Four 9-hour shifts, including one weekend shift

Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital is a Level 1 24-hour emergency/critical care and specialty veterinary hospital.
The hospital is located in Woburn, MA and attracts talented veterinary professionals from throughout Greater Boston and the surrounding region.
