About the role

The Animal Hospital and Emergency Clinic of Conroe is seeking a Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our passionate team. This position offers weekend, nights/or evening swing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of diverse and exciting cases including wellness visits and critical emergencies.
• Utilization of cutting-edge technology such as digital radiology, dental rads, endoscope, ultrasound, Cubex, and cold laser therapy.
• Collaboration with a supportive work environment that values communication, mutual respect, and team building.
• Participation in fun and connection activities like team-building events, educational seminars, wellness initiatives, and group outings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in veterinary technology preferred.
• Experience in emergency and critical care settings.
• Knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.

Pay

$19-$23 per hour.
