What You’ll Do
- Assisting veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
- Serving as a support during anesthesia, surgical assisting, and post-operative care
- Preparing patients and instruments for surgery
- Maintaining anesthetic patients and observing changes in condition
- Collecting laboratory samples and performing in-house diagnostics
- Operating digital radiography and other diagnostic equipment
- Administering medications and prescribed treatments
- Recording accurate patient histories and medical records
- Aiding with patient admissions and discharges
- Maintaining clean, organized, and sterile exam, treatment, and lab areas
- Collaborating with doctors, technicians, and support staff
- Mentoring and supporting fellow team members
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a veterinary technician in a clinical setting with direct patient care
- CVT / LVT / RVT credentials encouraged, but not required
- Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical assisting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, professional, and compassionate demeanor
