As Emergency Technician Lead, you ll be a key leader within our ER team, partnering with doctors, technicians, support staff, clients, and referring veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care and keep the department running smoothly. Responsibilities

• With ER manager, lead daily ER workflow, including patient flow, staff assignments, and delegation.
• Support and mentor the technician team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee patient care, including triage, stabilization, critical care, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate treatments and diagnostics, including medications, fluid therapy, imaging, bloodwork, ECGs, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Monitor patients and advocate for their needs, recognizing changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including medical records, treatment sheets, and controlled drug logs.
• Support client care, including admissions, discharges, transfers, and client education.
