Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary)
  • Some holidays are required

Starting at $27/hour, commensurate with experience and licensure

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in maxillofacial examination for detailed evaluation of the teeth, oral cavity, jaws, and surrounding structures
  • Prepare patients and dental equipment, ensuring safety, sterility and proper setup
  • Monitor anesthesia and vital signs throughout dental and surgical procedures
  • Assist with advanced periodontal procedures, endodontic therapy, prosthodontic procedures, periodontal surgery and oral surgery
  • Educate clients about oral health care, post-procedure instructions, preventive strategies

Who We Are Looking For

A current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential in good standing. Experience assisting with veterinary dentistry preferred. Strong skills in anesthesia monitoring, patient handling, clinical support and dental imaging. Excellent communication skills with team members and pet owners. Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care.
