VCA Twin Rivers Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. Located in East Windsor, NJ, the pay range for this position is $18-$25/hr.

What you'll do

Your primary responsibility will be to support the technician and doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress environment for clients and patients. Key duties include:

• Compassionate patient care
• Client education and care
• Pharmacy and medication administration
• Lab sample collection and processing
• Dental procedures
• Anesthesia monitoring
• Surgical preparation and assisting
• Medical recordkeeping

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician
• Passion for patient care and teamwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine and procedures
