Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and patient monitoring
  • Aid with exams, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
  • Support surgical and anesthetic procedures as needed
  • Dentals and dental radiographs
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Create a positive, team-focused hospital environment

Requirements

  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
  • Strong clinical skills with a desire to continue learning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a veterinary technician program
  • Current certification as a CVT, LVT, or RVT

Skills

  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology

Pay

$22 - 28 per hour, with the starting range determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

Schedule

Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10 hour shifts, with rotating Saturdays.
