About the role

Paw Prints Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced technician to join their growing team. Founded in 1983, the practice offers comprehensive and progressive veterinary medicine with advanced surgical equipment including TTA, CT, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and laser therapy.

Responsibilities

• Utilize skills to provide a wide range of treatments and procedures
• Be open and honest about thoughts and opinions, involved in problem solving, brainstorming, making recommendations, and Be The Change you want to see!
• Work in a great learning environment where tenured technicians mentor and guide newer technicians
• Use state-of-the-art equipment to perform advanced techniques providing excellent care and treatment services
• Safely restrain patients for various types of treatments and procedures
• Adapt to the demands of the day and remain calm during stressful situations
• Have a positive attitude and TEAM player personality
• Show passion for growth and development, open to accepting feedback
• Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous Veterinary Experience (Required)
• Ability to execute treatment orders as directed by a DVM
• Adaptable to the demands of the day
• Work efficiently and remain calm during stressful situations
• Positive attitude and TEAM player personality
