Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care And Support Through Performing and assisting with patient assessments and treatments
  • Obtain patient histories and communicate effectively with pet owners
  • Place intravenous catheters and collect blood samples
  • Monitor anesthesia during surgical and dental procedures
  • Take diagnostic radiographs, including dental radiographs
  • Process in-house laboratory work
  • Assist with surgery preparation and recovery
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Support a clean, safe, and efficient hospital environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary technician experience
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) preferred, but not required
  • Strong technical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT)

Pay

$18.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule

Full-Time | Four 10-hour shifts | Monday–Friday, off every Tuesday | Hospital hours: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM | No weekends!
