About the role
VCA Foster Animal Hospital is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with more than 1 year of experience, including surgical prep and assisting. Our AAHA-accredited facility has been helping pets live long, healthy, and happy lives for over 50 years.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a CVT, RVT, or LVT credential and will have worked hard to earn it. They should have a strong background in anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation and assisting, dentistry, radiology, laboratory work, venipuncture, catheter placement, pharmacy, patient recovery, and compassionate care of hospitalized animals.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for veterinary medicine. They should also be able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $24-$33/hr.
