About the role
This role is starting as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person!
Responsibilities
- Create warm, welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires
- Plan team events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and morale boosters
- Aid in recruiting support staff including phone screens and hospital tours
- Organize trainings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives
- Create fun monthly newsletters and internal communications
- Support day-to-day operations and compliance tasks
- Be a friendly resource for employees and help foster a positive culture
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, approachable, and proactive
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Creative and excited to build employee engagement initiatives
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Comfortable handling confidential information professionally
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva, and creative tools
- Experience in HR, administration, recruiting, hospitality, or employee experience-related work
