Experience & Skills Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
- State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
- Board Certification in Veterinary Surgery or residency trained.
