Veterinary Service Specialist

Lodi Veterinary Care is adding full-time Veterinary Service Specialists to our Companion Animal team. Our facility is located just 20 minutes north of Madison, nestled in the beautiful Lake Wisconsin valley. We take pride in exceptional customer service, advanced veterinary care, and our caring and dedicated team.

About the role

Candidates must have great communication skills, be focused on customer service, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of veterinary medicine would be helpful but is not required. Candidates must be dependable, prompt, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Telephone communications
• Client interaction and education
• Collecting payments
• Computerized scheduling
• Data entry
• Assisting with daily planning and communications with CVTs and DVMs
• Light cleaning

Requirements

• Able to lift 40 pounds to assist clients with food orders
• Able to stand for extended periods of time

Schedule

Hours will include evenings and a weekend rotation.
