Veterinary Service Representative Veterinary Anesthesia Scheduler

Job Description

The Scheduler plays a critical role in coordinating anesthesia and surgical procedures to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing patient safety risks. This position is responsible for reviewing cases prior to anesthesia to ensure all required information is accurate and complete, including verification of anesthesia authorization forms, required signatures, estimates, and deposit processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
