Veterinary Receptionist - West Lafayette, IN

Blair Animal Clinic is looking to add a Full-Time Client Care Specialist—our title for our veterinary receptionists—to our team. Our Client Care Specialists serve as the initial touchpoint for clients, assisting with inquiries both in person and over the phone.

In this role, you'll provide personalized and dedicated care to both pets and their owners, fostering strong relationships and a welcoming environment in a fun but professional, team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial touchpoint for clients in person and over the phone
• Assist clients with questions and provide exceptional client education and service
• Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily workflow
• Manage client accounts accurately and professionally
• Admit and discharge patients
• Provide personalized and dedicated care to pets and their owners
• Build strong relationships with clients and help create a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless client experience
• Use strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize competing responsibilities
• Work independently when needed while supporting the larger hospital team
