Veterinary Receptionist Supervisor

About the role

The Veterinary Reception Supervisor at Montebello Veterinary Hospital leads the front desk team and oversees the daily operations of the reception area to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the reception team.
• Oversee daily front desk operations, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, phones, emails, and payment processing.
• Deliver exceptional client service and professionally resolve escalated concerns.
• Cookordinate appointment scheduling to optimize hospital flow.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area and collaborate with hospital leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is required; supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, professional, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and computer skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
