The Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy, energetic, and organized Front Desk Coordinator & Customer Experience Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Tulsa office. This isn't your typical, boring receptionist job—you'll be the ultimate multi-tasker, blending customer hospitality, digital CRM management, and point-of-sale operations. Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients
- Managing digital CRM systems to enhance customer interactions
- Handling point-of-sale operations efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and use new software quickly
