We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow.
• Answer questions and provide clear, compassionate client education.
• Maintain accurate records and update patient files.
• Support the veterinary team with communication and coordination.
• Process payments and check clients in and out.
• Help ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience.

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-obsessed, keeping appointments, records, and communication running smoothly.
