About the role

Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities

Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Support communication between clients and the veterinary team
Provide excellent customer service while helping clients feel informed and supported
Help maintain efficient front desk operations in a busy veterinary environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Compassion for animals and the people who love them
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is a plus
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
