Responsibilities

  • Be the Director of First Impressions: Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
  • Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
  • Advocate for Pet Health: Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet receives the best care possible.
  • Embody Compassion and Empathy: Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
  • Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
