Veterinary Receptionist Night/Swing Shift

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, respond to questions
• Process incoming and outgoing pets, handle payments
• Answer phone calls, answer questions, screen for service needs, schedule appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail
• Maintain client waiting area, ensure cleanliness
• Document and maintain client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff
