Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, families, and community professionals with kindness and professionalism.
- Enter patient details into our electronic health system and verify insurance information.
- Ensure a seamless experience for all patients.
- Handle patient information and liaise with external agencies.
- Aid in administrative tasks to keep our clinical team running efficiently.
- Learn and grow in a supportive, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using software and adapting to new systems.
- A passion for helping others.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain).
- Solid work history - no more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years.
Qualifications
- Passionate about mental health care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
