Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional client service
  • Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
  • Assist with additional responsibilities and cross-training opportunities as needed

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Passion for pets and veterinary medicine
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion for clients, patients, and fellow team members

  • Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
  • Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferred

Schedule
