Position Details

Role: Client Care Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts. Rotating Saturdays (8 am - noon). Closed Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
Support patient check-in and check-out processes
Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Assist with client questions and provide exceptional customer service
Support daily hospital operations and front desk workflow
Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
