What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients while creating a welcoming first impression
  • Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Accurately enter medical records and client information into AVImark
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
  • Cookordination with doctors and technicians to maintain efficient hospital workflow
  • Answer client questions with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
  • Assist with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client communication
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support daily hospital operations and front desk organization
  • Create a positive experience for every client and patient
