What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients while creating a welcoming first impression
- Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
- Accurately enter medical records and client information into AVImark
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Cookordination with doctors and technicians to maintain efficient hospital workflow
- Answer client questions with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
- Assist with follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client communication
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support daily hospital operations and front desk organization
- Create a positive experience for every client and patient
