Position Details
Role: Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR)
Status: Full-time
Schedule: 4-day work week (4 x 10-hour shifts); no weekends or holidays

What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Aid in check-in, check-out, and client communication
Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care
Aid clients with questions, appointment needs, and general hospital information
Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
