About the role

The Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join their dedicated team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced customer service, friendliness, and a commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and compassionately, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
• Schedule and manage the flow of appointments
• Provide empathetic customer service while handling multiple tasks on a multi-line phone system and in person
• Process financial transactions and answer inquiries
• Provide essential information about the services provided

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in client service and communication
• Ability to welcome and discharge patients
• Collaboration with other team members
• Management of phone lines and appointment booking
• Attention to detail

Benefits

• Full-time benefits and compensation: $16 - 17 per hour, with full-time benefits including health package, life insurance, disability, employee assistance program, 401k options, paid time off, personal pet discounts, and employee assistance program

Pay

Compensation: $16 - 17 per hour, for each hour worked

Schedule

This is a flexible position open to full-time or part-time, with availability needed Monday - Saturday. Full-time benefits and compensation are offered.
