Veterinary Receptionist

About the role

Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the flow of appointments
• Provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
• Process financial transactions
• Answer inquiries
• Provide essential information about the services provided

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients
• Collaboration with other team members
• Managing phone lines
• Booking appointments/attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

This is a flexible position open to full-time or part-time, with availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturday.
