As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets while building trust and confidence in our veterinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments efficiently
• Maintain smooth front desk operations
• Provide administrative support to veterinarians and technicians
• Remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Calm, professional demeanor during busy or stressful situations
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork
• Ability to collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, kennel staff, and fellow Client Service Representatives
• Prior veterinary or animal-related experience is preferred

Pay

Competitive compensation ($16.00–$18.00 dependent on experience)
