Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
• Greet clients, respond to questions, and process incoming and outgoing pets
• Handle payments and manage client transactions
• Answer phone calls, including screening for service needs and scheduling appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the client waiting area
• Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent details in business operations software
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of job-related experience

Pay

The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00. Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Monday: 2pm - 7pm
Wednesday: 8am - 2pm
Thursday: 8am - 6pm
Alternating Saturdays: 8am - 1pm
