Veterinary Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and expeditious client experience
• Greet clients, respond to questions, and process incoming and outgoing patients
• Handle payments and monitor client waiting area to ensure cleanliness
• Answer phone calls, including non-medical questions, screening for service needs, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Document and maintain client information, service data, and other pertinent information within business operations software
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital.
