Job Description
As a Receptionist at Mission Pet Health, you will:
- Manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
- Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care possible.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in every situation.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
Requirements
A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
