Animal Dermatology Clinic - Billings is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We believe that great patient care starts with a happy team, and we are looking for someone with customer service experience and an interest in veterinary specialty medicine and dermatology.

Requirements

Duties

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records
• Pharmacy and retail sales
• Marketing implementation
• Maintenance/housekeeping
• Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (i.e.: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is required
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day

Pay

$19 - $25 / hour depending on experience
