About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Animal Dermatology Clinic - Pensacola, a state-of-the-art dermatology practice in Pensacola, Florida. In this position, you will be a vital part of the medical process, working closely with our Board-Certified Dermatologist and technical team to manage complex cases, provide enhanced quality of life via treatments, and serve as a bridge of communication between the doctor and client.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex veterinary dermatology cases.
- Facilitate communication between the doctor and clients.
- Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and caring manner.
- Support the clinic’s operations with punctuality, adaptability, and initiative.
Requirements
- 1 year of veterinary experience OR 1 year of customer service experience (experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus).
- Experience working in the public (e.g., restaurant, retail, or service business).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Dependable attendance is required.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- The ability to walk, sit, bend, squat, stand, or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day.
