About the role
The Veterinary Receptionist at our hospital is responsible for maintaining front of house duties which may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining hospital required paperwork, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions.

- Careful/caring
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
- Can work individually, as well as on a team
- Self-starter personality that can complete daily tasks without the need for constant direction
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
