About the role
The ideal candidate will be a Boarded Veterinary Radiologist who is collaborative, self-motivated, enjoys community outreach, and is willing to promote and maintain an outstanding hospital culture.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily case rounds to provide an opportunity for continuous learning
- Provide diagnostic imaging services including radiography, ultrasonography, and MRI
- Collaborate with other specialists and emergency staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to ongoing professional development through participation in continuing education programs
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
- Board certification in Veterinary Radiology from the ACVR
- Experience in both small animal and large animal radiology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in veterinary radiology
- Experience with various imaging modalities
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
