Veterinary Radiologist

Responsibilities

  • Manage and interpret radiographic images to diagnose and treat various medical conditions in animals.
  • Participate in daily case rounds to provide continuous learning opportunities.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to other veterinarians and support staff.
  • Attend regular continuing education offerings to stay updated on the latest veterinary radiology techniques and treatments.

Requirements

  • Board certification in Veterinary Radiology.
  • Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • Current AVMA accreditation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
