Veterinary Radiologist

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Appleton, WI is seeking a Board-Certified or residency-trained Radiologist to join our team of veterinary specialists and emergency clinicians.

Founded in 1996, our hospital is an established and trusted provider of specialty care in Wisconsin and the surrounding regions. Despite all the challenges veterinary medicine has experienced in recent years, our local team has excelled. We are excited to expand our surgery department to keep up with the increasing caseload and continue to support our growing and vibrant community.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities
• Interpret radiographic images and collaborate with referring veterinarians
• Contribute to surgical cases and provide pre- and post-operative care
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of treatment plans
• Continuously engage in professional development through continuing education and research

Requirements

• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Wisconsin
• Board Certification or completion of a residency program in radiology
• Experience with various diagnostic imaging techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency with diagnostic imaging equipment
