About the role

PetCure Oncology is seeking a Veterinary Radiation Oncologist to join their team in Clifton, NJ. The position is based at Veterinary Radio Surgery and Imaging Center, located in the New York City area and northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical and radiation oncology services to patients
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and staff to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
• Maintain and build a caseload of patients
• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with other veterinarians
• Contribute to a positive work/life balance environment
• Support the community reputation of personalized and compassionate care

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Board certification in Veterinary Radiation Oncology
• Experience in veterinary oncology and radiation therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
