Veterinary Medical Law Attorney - Irvine/Sacramento
About the role
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our Veterinary Law defense practice in Irvine or Sacramento offices. Other California office locations of Klinedinst PC may also be available.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside some of the best in the state, joining a practice group focused on providing legal solutions for various individuals, entities, and organizations in the business of caring for animals.
- Provide creative legal solutions for various individuals, entities, and organizations in the business of caring for animals.
- Independently handle cases and analyze complex issues.
- Master and litigate issues arising under the California Medical Practice Act in an administrative law context.
Qualifications
- Active State Bar of California member with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong academic background and the ambition to create an extraordinary career.
- Solid work ethic and a passion for advocacy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to working cohesively with other team members.

Pay
We seek candidates who have a strong desire to build their own practice on a diversified, multi-state platform. The starting salary range is $135,000 -175,000. Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.

Proven experience and excellent writing skills to produce high-quality law and motion papers are essential. The position equally requires a willingness to master and litigate issues arising under the California Medical Practice Act in an administrative law context.
