Surgery & Dentistry

Our doctors enjoy a diverse surgical and dental caseload that includes:

  • Spays and neuters
  • Mass removals and biopsies
  • Foreign body surgeries
  • Splenectomies
  • Cystotomies
  • Eyelid procedures and enucleations
  • Amputations
  • Advanced dental procedures with digital dental radiography

Our hospital is equipped to support efficient, high-quality patient care, including:

  • Multiparameter monitoring for all anesthetic procedures

  • Cornerstone practice management software
  • Experienced support staff committed to excellent patient care

Schedule

  • Four-day work week
  • Three consecutive days off each week
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Hospital open Monday through Saturday

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Washington veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Several years of companion animal clinical experience
  • Strong surgery, dentistry, and medical case management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or lead others
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative medicine
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Previous Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or leadership experience is welcomed but not required.

Pay

The salary for this opportunity starts at $150,000+ annually. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Washington pay range is $150,000—$170,000 USD.
