Responsibilities

• Lead clinical protocols and support fellow veterinarians
• Mentor and develop fellow veterinarians

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
• Washington veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Several years of companion animal clinical experience
• Strong surgery, dentistry, and medical case management skills
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading others
• Commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative medicine
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or leadership experience is welcomed but not required
