What You'll Do
- Support family veterinarians with directed referrals for complex outpatient internal medicine cases
- Provide outpatient, high-level Internal Medicine services including consultations, ultrasound, and endoscopy
- Partner with family vet practitioners for consultative support and seamless continuity of care
- Contribute to a culture of learning, mentorship, and clinical excellence
- Build lasting relationships with clients and patients in a community-centered practice
What We're Looking For
- ACVIM board-certified (or board-eligible) in Small Animal Internal Medicine
- Active Virginia DVM License required by start date
- A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for integrative team-based care
- Strong communication skills with both colleagues and pet owners
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine
