About the Role

MedVet is pleased to announce that MedVet Austin is adding a second internist to its team, strengthening and expanding the internal medicine service in collaboration with an established specialist.

Responsibilities

As an internist at MedVet Austin, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, collaborate with specialists, and contribute to the development of the internal medicine service.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have completed their veterinary internship and possess a valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong interest in internal medicine and a passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets. Experience in emergency medicine is preferred but not required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to lifelong learning are essential.
