About the Role
Garden State Veterinary Services is seeking a Board Certified or Residency Trained Internist to join us as we convert our Morristown location into an outpatient specialty practice. This practice will offer specialty care in Surgery, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to a diverse patient population
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols
- Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Board Certification in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent residency training
- Experience in internal medicine and/or surgery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
