About the Role
Bridgetown Veterinary Emergency and Referral is seeking a full-time board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join our Specialty and Emergency Hospital in the Pacific Northwest. We prioritize a supportive environment and positive culture, focusing on excellent medicine and patient care. As a privately owned and locally managed hospital, we offer a fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU to help you manage cases to the highest standard.
Our ideal candidate is collaborative, self-motivated, enjoys community outreach, and is committed to maintaining an outstanding hospital culture. We provide referral and emergency services across much of Oregon, with a team of specialists including 4 Surgeons, 2 Internists, 3 Neurologists, 1 Ophthalmologist, 1 Radiologist, and 3 Criticalists, alongside a full team of ER doctors. While there is no general practice, we have a 7-day-a-week Urgent Care Department.
Daily case rounds and in-house education for doctors and technicians foster continuous learning. Our highly trained and enthusiastic support staff further enhances professional growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a growing, state-of-the-art facility alongside skilled specialists and ER colleagues.
