About the role

Greater Staten Island Veterinary Services is seeking a full-time board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join their well-established, rapidly expanding 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a board-certified surgeon and skilled ER doctors
• Manage a diverse and engaging caseload of emergency and referral patients
• Provide cutting-edge diagnostics and medical care
• Serve as a trusted resource for referring veterinarians across Staten Island
• Help shape and grow the internal medicine department
• Mentor and elevate our talented veterinary technicians and assistants

Requirements

• Board certification or residency training in Veterinary Internal Medicine
• Experience in emergency and specialty care
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for client education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

$250,000 - $300,000 USD
