Country View Veterinary Clinic and Beaumont Animal Clinic operate as one collaborative veterinary practice within two locations, serving the Champaign/Urbana community. Together, our 6-doctor team and shared support staff work seamlessly across both hospitals to provide exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of teamwork, flexibility, and continuous growth. We're seeking a strategic, people-first Hospital Manager who will lead our unified team by developing leaders, strengthening culture, improving operational and financial performance, and creating an environment where both people and patients thrive. Key Responsibilities Include Financial Leadership: Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.Strategic Direction: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.Team Leadership: Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Schedule, benefits and compensation**: This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
